Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and B2BInside ([registered legal entity name], “B2BInside”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of b2binside.com and all related content, newsletters, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

The Services are intended for business and professional use by individuals aged 18 or over. If you create an account or contributor profile, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@b2binside.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal business or personal informational purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing of any third party’s rights;
  • impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • upload viruses, malware or any harmful code;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, harvest or copy content except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent;
  • frame, mirror, resell or commercially exploit the Services or content without authorisation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure; or
  • use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. User & Contributor Content

“User Content” means any content you submit to the Services, including articles, press releases, comments, images, event details, profile information and other material.

5.1 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

5.2 Licence you grant to us

By submitting User Content, you grant B2BInside a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, syndicate and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services and our business, across current and future media. Where you submit content for publication or distribution, you acknowledge it is intended to be made public.

5.3 Editorial discretion

We are under no obligation to publish, and may edit, decline, remove or take down any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that breaches these Terms or our editorial standards.

6. Press Releases & PR Distribution

If you submit a press release or corporate announcement for distribution, you additionally represent that the information is accurate and not misleading, that you are authorised to issue it on behalf of the named organisation, and that it complies with applicable advertising, securities and consumer-protection laws. We may apply labelling (such as “press release” or “sponsored”) to distributed content, and we reserve the right to reject or remove submissions that do not meet our standards. [Reference any separate PR/commercial services agreement or rate card here.]

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all material we provide — including text, editorial content, graphics, logos, the “B2BInside” name and brand, layout, software and their selection and arrangement — are owned by or licensed to B2BInside and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use and normal editorial citation with attribution and a link, but you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, modify or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

8. Advertising & Sponsorship

The Services may include advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links. Sponsored or paid content will be identified as such in line with our editorial standards. Any dealings you have with advertisers or sponsors, including payment and delivery, are solely between you and that party. [Reference your advertising terms / media kit here.]

9. Events

We may list, host or promote events. Registration for an event may be subject to additional terms, fees and the terms of third-party organisers or ticketing providers. We are not responsible for events organised by third parties, and event details are subject to change or cancellation.

10. Third-Party Content & Links

The Services may reference or link to third-party content, websites and services that we do not control. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our editorial content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice. You should not act on it without seeking independent advice.

The services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete or current.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2BInside and its officers, employees, contributors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the services — whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed [the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or USD 100].

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B2BInside and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your User Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we consider it necessary to protect the Services, other users or our legitimate interests. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — will survive.

15. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@b2binside.com including: a description of the work, the location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We will review and respond to valid notices, and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of [the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Dubai, United Arab Emirates] to resolve any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property. [If you prefer arbitration, or need consumer-protection carve-outs for EU/UK/US users, confirm with legal counsel.]

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
